Enid Joffe is a part owner of Clean Fuel Connection, Inc. where she is responsible for sales, marketing and business development. Prior to forming CFCI in 1999, Enid spent 18 years with Edison International and its utility subsidiary, Southern California Edison working in analyst and management positions in finance, customer service, public affairs and electric transportation. In the Electric Transportation Division, Enid was the Division 's representative to many governmental agencies including the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), the South Coast Air Quality Management District and regional transportation commissions. When SCE created an Electric Vehicle infrastructure subsidiary in 1996, Enid moved to the new company, where she was responsible for managing commercial sales for EV charging, including public charging infrastructure. She was also highly successful in obtaining government incentives and grants for CFCI's customers helping to generate more than $15 million in statewide incentives and $4 million in sales for Edison EV.

Enid has a BA in Sociology from Barnard College and an MA from UCLA, as well as a Certificate from the UCLA Anderson School Management Development for Entrepreneurs program. She has held many leadership positions in local civic and charitable organizations and most recently was elected to the Sierra Madre City Council.
